Information
1. Not performing JDTA's correctly
JDTA's are about the work, anytime someone starts out with saying "I have a new system, I need to do a JDTA is mistaken. In most cases the Job or related Task haven't changed. Start with a Base-Line Comparative approach, look at a related JDTA or if it has it is at the KSTAR, Sub-Task or most likely the step level.
Instead of doing a JDTA, review the work, see if the job task are the same and then modify the Data Tab of CPM with the specific item. If you have a new platform, system, sub-system, equipment, components, non-equipment (process like things) or environment add that item to the Data Tab.
